ClarityForSellers. Assistant for US brokers
ClarityForSellers is a digital assistant for US real estate sellers. It automatically generates lists of required documents, analyzes them, and structures the information for convenient work. I worked in a team of three designers. I was responsible for the document management interface.
Research
To gain a deeper understanding of the specifics of the US real estate market, I conducted a detailed analysis of the industry using open-source data. I also researched competitors by analyzing their products and user reviews. Based on the research results, we chose a Desktop-first approach.
Working with documents
Navigation is implemented as a progress bar, which structures the stages of the process and motivates the user to complete their tasks. The central area is dedicated to a document preview, helping to maintain context while working.
Summary
I organized the information using a clear hierarchy and collapsible blocks to simplify working with large volumes of data. To verify the effectiveness of this structure, we conducted usability testing with 5 users. After analyzing their feedback, we refined the block names.
Checklists
I simplified the complex stages of document preparation using checklists. To increase user engagement, I added progress visualization. Several usability testing participants noted that the checklists save time and reduce stress during paperwork preparation.
Offers
I implemented them in the format of horizontal tabs, which allows for quick switching between parallel scenarios. I added key metrics to the offer cards to simplify their identification and comparison.
